Mumbai Police Crime Branch DCP Akbar Pathan told that Vibhor Anand, accused in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput and Disha Salian, was spreading fake theory. At the same time, Mumbai was using offensive language against the police and the Maharashtra government.

It was constantly targeting the Mumbai Police and the Maharashtra government using objectionable language. The cyber cell of Mumbai Police arrested Vibhor Anand from Delhi and brought him to Mumbai on Thursday night.

Significantly, after the death of Sushant, the Mumbai Police was on target through the troll army and fake social media profiles where rumors were being spread against the government and police from not only the country but abroad. Wrong things were being written in connection with Sushant case. According to the Mumbai Police, more than 80 thousand fake accounts were activated during this period, cyber cell is engaged in its investigation.

Sushant Singh died on 14 June while his former manager Disha Salian died on the late night of 8 June. A few days after Sushant's death, the process of targeting the police and the government on social media had started.
