Electricity complaints will be resolved soon in Ludhiana, people will not have trouble

Powercom Call Center 1912 was expanded on Tuesday. Distribution Director Engineer DPS Garewal inaugurated the new electricity call center building of 66 KV GIS sub-station at Chaura Bazar. CMD Ai-Venu Prasad CMD said that this expansion has given employment to 180 people. Many lines are lost in storm-storms and especially in paddy season.

This leads to an increase in consumer complaints. This causes a huge burden on existing call center lines. Most lines are busy. Project Nodal Officer Sr. XEN Harpreet Kaur said that 60 seats of Samarth of Wide Market Electricity Call Center have been increased to 120. Complaints will be lodged on these call channels through 1912.

Apart from this, a complaint can be lodged by sending an SMS to the toll free number 1800-180-1512 by sending an SMS on 1912 (no supply). Chief Engineers Varinderpal Saini, Sanjeev Prabhakar, Harjeet Gill, Sarabjit Singh and Himmat Singh Gill were present on the occasion.
